Dear Installer,

My name is Keith Allen and I have been a professional carpet installer for over twenty years.Ý I often wonder how many yards of carpet Iíve carried on my back over the years.Ý If you have been installing for awhile, you may have wondered the same. Take the following situation we have all experienced.Ý You have a big job to do and youíre looking at several large, heavy rolls of carpet.Ý You need to move these rolls, make cuts, and distribute the cuts to another area that may be a fair distance away.Ý We all know what we had to do and that is put our backs into it.Ý Then have enough energy left to installÝ for the rest of the day.Ý Now there is a faster and easier way, the ì CARPET WEDGEEî.

In 1997 Paul Hemple and I began working on an electric powered carpet cart.ÝÝ Through trial and error we developedÝ aÝ prototypeÝ that met our needs.Ý Two years later we commissioned Rapat Corporation in Hawley, Minnesota to build our machine.Ý Rapatís engineering team refined our design and manufacture what we now call the ìCarpet Wedgeeî.Ý

The Carpet Wedgee makes it possible for one installer to move large rolls of carpet faster and easier than ever before.Ý In job situations, especially large jobs, installers will have more time for installing carpet and less time moving it.Ý More yards installed means more dollars being earned.Ý Thatís why this machine has become a valuable tool for me.Ý From one installer to another, you owe it to yourself, especially your back, to check out the ìCARPET WEDGEEî.Ý Youíll be glad you did.

Sincerely,

POWERCART, INC.
